The Caricature wall

At work there's a caricature wall.  Every week someone's name is pulled out of a hat and, well, it's pretty self explanatory.  I don't usually get in on it as I'm not that good with caricatures and I feel like I have to know the person.  It can be kind of weird to just draw a funny picture of someone you might only see in the hallway once a week.  Then what if they don't like it.  I'm awkward enough in social situations without upping the ante every week.

So this is Doug.  He's one of our editors.  Great guy.  Huge personality.  It's not a caricature in the classic sense but I was happy with it.
